We are sending you this newsletter as you have previously purchased from Plaster Fun House or have shown an interest in our products.

We now have a new online store located at www.plasterfunhouse.com.au with in excess of 3,500 items online at any one time.

The new site has been set up to minimise out of stock items, and items will be removed from the site immediately they become out of stock and replaced when they are put back into stock. Well that's it in theory, time will tell............... I am sure all of our longstanding customers will let me know if the system is not working properly.

There may be some bugs, and some pricing may have been input incorrectly. However, we are fairly confident everything should come up okay. However, if you find a balloon at $8-50 or something and you think it should be $2-80 then let us know and we will fix the problem straight away.

Anybody that has filled out a wholesale application through our previous online store should have been set up with a user name and password for the new store. Now this may be different to the previous one given to you.

We are unable to provide the username and password via this newsletter, but will advise all customers individually over the next couple of weeks by email of their new login details.

This will enable you to view our full range at your wholesale pricing level which will not be visible to the public.

Please note we will not ship air filled balloons to any destination that requires air transport as we have been told by Australia Post that the items will not survive the trip. Road mail to any destination for these items will not be a problem.

Minimum wholesale order is A$100 excluding freight, so please bear that in mind when ordering. YOU WILL BE CHARGED A a$10 HANDLING FEE EXTRA IF YOUR ORDER DOES NOT MEET MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS.

We will endeavour to ship all soft toys and balloons within 48 hours. Other items may require longer, depending on the items.
